 Description:  In Loving Memory, Clancy Tresemer, May, 2, 2002-2017

A beloved sister, daughter, and friend. She tragically died by getting caught in an underwater cave surrounded by jelly fish, while scuba diving. She was a gymnast, and a tennis player. She could always settle down with a book anywhere even the craziest of times. She always seemed calm to others, even when she was stressed out from something that day. She tried to make everyone feeling down, feel more happy even though not everyone became happy. She always shared her opinions truthfully and honestly. She always believed that everyone had a chance to change from bad to good. She strived for good grades and ideas for what she wanted to do in college. She tried her best to help any of her friends. She was also very creative and loved to make art and play music. She had a very creative mind and even though she didn't feel like she could think of anything to make, she made cool crazy art. It wasn't "art gallery material" but make her proud that she tried her best. She traveled too. She had the luckiest aunt and uncle that took her to Colorado, Costa Rica and New York, many times. She felt very blessed to have been able to travel to any state outside of her own. She didnt remember her past but always asked about what she did when she was little. All the stories we told had still shown in her personality. she will be loved forever.

Oblivious

 AUTHORS NOTE:         Written in 2019. I had been going through a tough time after splitting from a friend who was actually not a friend. I didn't realize it for a long time and I was hurt deeply when I found out what was really happening. I know that I am better off now. I wrote this in a strongly focused mood so it is not in traditional poem format and I can't bear to change it.  Oblivious In the beginning, it was the best. We were creative and hopeful. We would talk about our hopes and dreams. The ways that we would trust each other and promise to never lose it. Lightness and fun would fill my heart, making me never want to lose it. The Lucky Koala

 AUTHORS NOTE:          Written in 2019. I had to write a poem for school that was about a current issue. This one is about the Australian fires that happened that school year and how an animal would feel in that situation.
